Seasonal Pelagics

High-grade Atlantic Cod, Haddock, and Saithe sourced from northern fishing grounds. Available as frozen-at-sea (FAS) or fresh head-on gutted (HOG). Sizing: 1-5+ kg.

Sourced from pristine western fjords. Available in fresh or frozen whole fish, premium fillets, and custom portions. Sizing: 2-9 kg. Superior grade.

High-fat Norwegian Herring and Mackerel. Harvested during peak seasons for optimal lipid profiles. Sizing: 200-400g+ whole round. Secure packaging.

Salmonid Grading Standards

Whitefish & Pelagic Sizing

Superior grade classification requires zero skin defects, firm muscle texture, and a minimum SalmoFan score of 26. Custom portioning is available under strict sanitary standards.

Whitefish graded in standard weight brackets (1-2kg, 2-3kg, 3-5kg, 5kg+). Pelagic allocations packed in 20kg master cartons with complete vessel-to-port tracking.
